You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@sarvenliving.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the cost and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable situations

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items unless they are defective. Items must not have been damaged through misuse.
